Session 1: Dream Big
Zoom out. In this first session, you’ll clarify what success really looks like in your business and your life. You’ll map out your personal and professional vision for the future, ideal clients, key relationships, messaging, lifestyle, and the kind of impact you want to make in the coming year. More than just hypothetical, this session will require you to define the things that matter most to you, then design your business to align.Â
Session 2: Plan Smart
Build the plan. In this second session, you’ll translate your goals into daily, weekly, and quarterly activities that move the needle. Beyond ideas, you'll identify gaps and opportunities along with a realistic plan to achieve your ideal vision. Together, we’ll design your success roadmap including key revenue-generating activities, marketing strategies, accountability systems, and a structure that keeps you consistent all year long.

Great plans don't happen in a vacuum, and success often comes in the company of others. With this course you'll also have access and be encouraged to contribute to the Dream Big, Plan Smart dedicated community. Beginning his career in financial services with Merrill Lynch in 1986, Hank draws from over 30 years of experience as he shares knowledge and wisdom around retirement solutions as well as the do's and don't of engaging with professionals. In addition to partnering with EWA loan officers to expand their businesses, Hank leads a team that directly engages financial professionals, providing tools, resources, and insight on the impact of housing wealth in retirement planning.Â
